Rich started his career on the mean streets of new business development for local newspapers, cable, television and radio - building an extraordinary 20 year success story helping thousands of businesses with a wide variety of business models grow and flourish.
Rich was more than a media salesperson, he used his entrepreneurial talents and expertise to create his own in-house agency for his clients. In fact, he was able to make his clients' campaigns so successful, that he became the highest paid salesperson in Viacom history.
It was Rich's lifelong dream to open his own advertising agency and in 2004 he teamed up with his close friend and business cohort, Steve Dubane, to open Wingman Media - which has since become one of the West Coast's largest independent full-service agencies specializing in the retail sector.
Rich received his B.S in Marketing and Advertising from San Diego State and often finds himself snowboarding, playing golf and wailing some blues on the harmonica (but never simultaneously). He also enjoys traveling to third world countries and donating money to Las Vegas.
